Our swim lessons focus on social and gross motor skill development, following directions and patterns, and introducing basic swimming skills such as body position and streamline along with water safety. Higher level classes are introduced to all four swimming strokes along with basics of diving.
Joining swimming team without previous swimming experience can be tough. Our pre-competitive program allows swimmers to develop strength, endurance, technique, and team work. Our experienced coaches provide practices that are geared to work on speed, endurance, and techique of every stroke.
